More expensive - Dubai.Now Dubai Rent is decreasing due to crisis.Food and transportation is also more. Then Qatar - But now in Qatar rent are increasing as it is fast growing economy right now. Kuwait - More cheap.No more changes in last few years.It will be half of Dubai rent.Food and Transportation cost is less. Petrol and diesel cost is less.Local transportation is available.
