If I live in Qatar what clothes Am I allowed to wear?
I am fond of flirty skirts and cute dresses.(slightly above the knee) are they a problem there? can I wear them there? Are there clothes that are prohibited in Qatar especially for a lady ?

This article comments on women beginning to wear a hijab somewhat far back, so that a fringe of hair is shown. If you are going to wear western dress, you are going to want to wear skirts that descend at least mid-calf, and probably to your ankles, and tops that go past your elbows. You should also plan to have a scarf that you can wear to cover your hair.
