Just make certain that you are not asked to part with any money or give your bank account details before you receive your 9500 dollars.Because it could be a fraud trick.

happens to me all the time >_< the message says that some rich dude just died in a freak accident and that I inherited "blah blah blah" million dollars or that I won "blah blah blah" dollars in an online lottery and stuff like that I think its not real if you really did win/inherit that much money then they would have contacted you in a more formal way like a formal letter or a telephone call and not by email
