How much is a trip to venice?
Hi... I live in Doha, Qatar. I really wan't to go to Venice and other parts of Italy. How much is it going to cost me if I choose Qatar Airways as my carrier?

Wow - that is too weird. Me and my friend were just this second discussing going to Venice soon. Can't tell you prices because we're in London - just wanted to point out the coincidence. Make sure you go though - it looks incredible.

All expenses an average of 3000 a person! That is at a decent hotel food airfare and travel while their for a 4-5 day trip!

It depends on when you want to go, how long you want to stay, and how flexible you are. Keep in mind also that QR (the code for Qatar Airways) does not have direct flights from Doha (DOH) to Venice (VCE). This means more expensive flights. In fact, a general search for DOH-VCE fares on QR in coach over the next 30 days (assuming a 1-week stay) shows coach fares from US$1662-1838. There are no nonstops, so you'd have to fly through another European city as well as switch carriers. Do you have to fly QR? If you were willing to fly Turkish Airlines (TK) via Istanbul (IST), and were willing to fly on a Sunday only, you would pay US$741 -- less than half of the QR cost.
