Yes, your provider knows everything you do. But the question is do they care. The only way I know to be anonymous is to use Tor. But there is a problem with using a bittorrent client through Tor. https://blog.torproject.org/blog/bittorrent-over-tor-isnt-good-idea You will have to do some research and see what bittorrent client can be configured through Tor. And it is terribly slowwwww.

I would suggest to get a vpn that way they can't track sh*t http://www.start-vpn.com/ or an alternative to torrents http://scenereleases.info/ and rlslog.net there is no doubt they they can track any activity that a user does, most keep logs so that in case the police want to investigate a possible criminal and that ISP must give the data. This of course depends on he laws in your country. Also I don't know how is the situation in Qatar, but if it's bad for torrent users, or if you hear frequently that torrent users are targeted (similar to UK and US) then a VPN would be a suitable solution. Either that or a seedbox, a private ftp server (hard to come by). Would also suggest getting of of public torrent trackers and get yourself a private tracker invitation. Search the forums over there, ask your friends. It may also help if the private tracker is outside of your country.
