Get good grade in your educations, have extra skill, speak not less than 3 languages, apply job in Dubai from your country, if you met their requirement, then you might get a job and get your work permit and you can stay as long as your employer wish. But why Dubai?

Well, for Dubai (UAE) Immigration, you must have sponsorship. There must be anybody personnel or any company who can sponsor you for Dubai (UAE) Immigration. As per the criteria, you must have compnay's sponsorship and an entry permit to enter UAE on Immigration. If you are a Britisher, you can enter UAE (Dubai) on transit visa up on arrival (without having any visa or entry permit) and search and get job inside the country and do rest of the process for Immigration. Good luck
