What are the restrictions for Qatar Airways cabin crew?
I was thinking of applying for a job as cabin crew for Qatar Airways but I heard that there are many restrictions on cabin crew for example, they are not allowed out past 10pm, make-up has to be perfect (for women), the housing allowance is very little if you do not choose to live in Qatar Airways' accommodation, you are not allowed to stay at a friend's house overnight. Are these true and are there any more? Also, do Qatar Airways help you with getting a work visa, Qatari driving license, ID Card etc? Thanks

I don't know anything about Qatar Airlines, I just use comon sense. Cabin crew members not allowed past 10 pm and not allowed to stay over a friend's house? Come on now. You have your duty schedule and it's not the Airline's business what you do in your time off. Make up: of course it has to be perfect. Housing allowance: I am quiet sure that this allowance will depend on the position. But - why should the Airline pay allowance when accommodtion is provided? Of course Qatar Airways will apply for a visa on your behalf. They also will bear all visa and work related costs. Costs of your driver's license is on your own. Why don't you apply first, see if you would get hired and then go from there?
