I'm living in Qatar, and there was an incident where i was at a local supermarket.?
All of a sudden i had to go to the bathroom, i went up the stairs all the way to the last floor. and i had diarrhea, so i started to get butterflies in my stomach and i had to leave automatically. So now from the incident every time i leave the house i get butterflies in my stomach and i have to go to the bathroom about 4 times before i leave the house. In Canada this doesn't happen to me just here. Can someone tell me if they ever felt like this, and what i can do to avoid it because its stopping me from going out into the world.

Probably stress if it only happens when you leave your home. Qatar is a different culture and think that it is different enough to create some stress.And the incident was enough to create even more stress in a public place. Figure out why it bothers you to go to the store and then work out your thinking about it. If that doesn't work, see a doctor, although meds probably won't cure the problem.
