My sister is a legal resident of Qatar and wanted to moved to Canada?
She's a Philippine citizen but legally living/working in Qatar.She's willing to moved here in Canada but doesnt have any idea papers or stuff to do. any idea ? thanks to u guys for the infos..yeah i think she could aplly for skilled worker visa since she's an Enginneer and i dont think the Consulate will approved her for a nanny coz she doenst have any experience for care giver.
