I live in Doha, Qatar. Is it is possible to make free VOIP calls to India/US from Qatar? If the service is not totally free, could anyone suggest by far the chepest service provider.

You can use Skype or Yahoo Voice. I prefer Yahoo Voice over Skype. Ofcourse you have to pay to call landlines/cells. To call US for free you can use the following site: http://labs.jaduka.com/evolve/
