how can i verify my paypal account outside the united states?
after signing up and adding a credit card in my paypal account i have to verify my account by adding a bank account in the united states however i live outside the states (Qatar) and i don't have a bank acoount in the states so how can my paypal account get verified?

Paypal posts a list on their website of all the foreign countries in which they can verify accounts. A stateside bank account is not required. That page also lists what countries they do not deal with (such as Nigeria).
