As to my knowledge as long as you hold a valid license and are allowed to practice in your country, you're good to go, however you need an employer to work in any Middle East countries, you can do that by going thru an international recrutement agencies or just browsing in the web. Usually, the employer will provide for housing for free including utilities, plane ticket from the country of hire ( on your part Dominican Republic) to the job site and the same when you goes on vacation depending on your contract and benefits. Salary wise , sorry no idea, transportation? depending on which Middle East country, women are not allowed to drive, however the employer provide transportation from housing to the job site( hospital etc.etc) and for shopping and grocery. On the other hand, if for example both of you have a contract to work there, depending on your contract, housing will still be free, but you can buy your own car for your own personal use, going back and forth from work to your housing, shopping and grocery which will give you much freedom to explore the country you are in, provided it's not a restricted area.
